Our ability to respond speedily to the needs of the client is due to the strength of our presence across Central England. Over 220 vehicles and 130 merchandisers operate from five locations across the Midlands. There are two established service and administrative centres in Shrewsbury and
Loughborough, and fully operational depots in Bicester, Northampton and Wolverhampton.
We believe in listening to, and responding to, the needs of our client. When a call is received at our service centre it is logged within seconds, constantly monitored from receipt to fix and measured against demanding response rates that are the envy of our industry.
Our service teams, on call 365 days each year, are equipped with full technical van stock to cope with every eventuality. Our merchandisers all use hand-held computers with the remarkable Easitrax® information management system. |
